Information we collect
Account details such as name, email, mobile number, and country code when you register.
Optional profile preferences you provide during onboarding (for example age range, whether you practice as an astrologer, and home-screen layout).
Birth data you enter for kundli charts and compatibility reports (date, time, and place of birth).
Calendar preferences, reminder settings, and festival filters you configure in Sacred Calendar.
Report content we save when you generate a detailed Milantro report (scores, sections, chart snapshots as structured data—not a stored PDF file). PDFs are built on your device when you choose to share or save.
Messages and context you send in built-in astrologer chat, and information you submit through Contact Us.
Usage data such as report history, credit balance, and in-app interactions needed to operate the service.
How we use your information
To generate kundli charts, gun milan scores, detailed Milantro reports, Karma Map life-zone guidance, daily rituals, and built-in astrologer chat.
To show panchang, festivals, and observances aligned with your calendar settings.
To manage credits, authenticate your account, and improve reliability and security of the platform.
We do not sell your personal data. Tenant administrators may access account data only to operate their branded instance.
Birth data & sensitivity
Birth date, time, and location are sensitive. Store them only on devices you trust and avoid sharing reports publicly without consent from everyone named in a match.
The app may cache your last personal kundli and match snapshots on your device for convenience (for example Karma Map and birth-time comparisons). This device data is not uploaded unless you generate a saved report or use a feature that calls our API.
You may request deletion of your account and associated reports by contacting support. Some aggregated, non-identifying logs may be retained for security and billing.
Storage & security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections where supported by your device and our API.
Access tokens are stored securely on your device. Log out on shared devices.
Detailed report text and chart data are stored on our servers so you can reopen them from My reports; PDF files are generated when you share or save and are not kept as permanent files on our servers.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we work to apply reasonable safeguards appropriate to the data we hold.
Your choices
Update profile details from My profile. Adjust Sacred Calendar reminders from calendar settings.
Delete your account anytime from My profile → Delete account (password required). This removes your server-side profile, reports, and preferences.
Disable push notifications in your device settings. You may also delete the app from your device without deleting server data.
